The instructions are inaccurate, and the buttons you refer to simply do not exist. I have also contacted your customer service multiple times but have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. The boots are perfect, they are just like in the photo, they came verified by Nike and yes, they are 100% original. They arrived exactly on the day marked for delivery, very happy with my order, I will buy again. I've been using them for 2 weeks and honestly they are some of the best boots I've tried for playing, they have excellent cushioning and even better traction, I definitely recommend them 100%, apart from their design which I find perfect, everyone on my team has told me they love them.
