I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.. The boots are perfect, they are just like in the photo, they came verified by Nike and yes, they are 100% original. They arrived exactly on the day marked for delivery, very happy with my order, I will buy again.
