At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to return my order, yet your return process has made it virtually impossible to do so. I will not accept being denied my right to return these items because of failures on your side. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.. The boots are perfect, they are just like in the photo, they came verified by Nike and yes, they are 100% original. They arrived exactly on the day marked for delivery, very happy with my order, I will buy again. I've been using them for 2 weeks and honestly they are some of the best boots I've tried for playing, they have excellent cushioning and even better traction, I definitely recommend them 100%, apart from their design which I find perfect, everyone on my team has told me they love them.
