Actual color received shall prevail, which does not affect overall beauty and use. Q: Pungent smell? Eco friendly? A: Eco process no chemical sting, slight fabric smell unboxing, gone after airing 1~2 days, holds color indoors. Q: Machine washable? How to clean daily? A: Not machine washable to avoid deform. Low vacuum along pile, damp dab spots, air dry no sun to keep fluffy. Q: Why obvious creases upon unboxing? Sponge thinner? ️A: Product is vacuum compressed and folded before shipping, sponge layer compressed. Upon unboxing creases are very obvious and sponge temporarily appears thinner, which is normal. Use steam iron slowly to restore crease flatness. Sponge thickness requires flat lay for about one week to naturally rebound to stated 1cm. Please allow recovery time before formal use. Dot plastic backing lays flat on wood/tile but grip average; non slip pad recommended on glossy floors. The feeling of stepping on the feet is dense and resilient, warm not stuffy. In winter, the first step of getting out of bed is gentle, and in summer, air-conditioned rooms also appear soft. The underfloor heating does not block heat, making it suitable for all seasons. 1. About chromatic aberration

Product photos are taken by professional photographers and adjusted later to be as consistent as possible with the actual product. However, due to lighting, display deviation and personal understanding of color, there may be a certain color difference between the real object and the real object. Not a product quality issue. Please refer to the actual product.

2. About the crease

Some countries have restrictions on the size of packages. Some rug sizes may need to be shipped folded and will crease when opened. After unboxing, wait for the rug to recover. Creases will disappear over time and can also be resolved by ironing.

Vacuum Packaging & Temporary Creases

To ensure safe transit and optimize shipping costs, our rugs are folded and vacuum-compressed. Due to the long international transit time (10+ days), it is normal for the rug to have creases or fold marks upon arrival, especially for larger sizes.

Please note: These creases are a result of the packaging process and are NOT a quality defect. They do not affect the rug's functionality, durability, or safety.

The creases will naturally flatten and fade over time with regular use and foot traffic. For a quicker recovery, you may reverse-roll the rug or place heavy objects (like furniture or books) on the creased areas for a few days.Creases will disappear over time and can also be resolved by ironing.

Hope you can understand.

3.About size
