When the delivery arrived, I was busy working away from home, now I'm ready to install this (shark fin aerial) but I've noticed that it is not made of (carbon fiber). I've paid £60 for the item. I specifically ordered a carbon fiber item, furthermore what you sent to me was made of cheap plastic (not "carbon fiber") The shape/design is also not the one I ordered. Can you please rectify this? I have received the wrong door mirrors that will not fit my 2014 VW polo 999cc 6r. My order number was LMDW76YE bought on the 5th of March 2026 and I need the correct pair of heated door mirrors that will fit my Polo. I can't raise your support team to rectify the problem so I am left with goods I have paid for which are no good for me, help!!!!!!!
the order requested the RIGHT rearview mirror ----- I received the LEFT rearview mirror .... (the photo on your order confirmation is correct...) but the delivery is wrong .... (I think that returning the rearview mirror to Riga ... will cost me more ... ) I'm keeping it ... but I can't use it. Pity ... Bernard Tripod
Not a bit happy with the complete lack of quality. Unfit to have been sold. Fitted it to the mirror and as soon as I closed the door the glass fell of the bracket. Substandard adhesive that wouldn't have glued two pieces of paper together had been used. Ended up having to use superglue. Will never be using Zoom again
