This is the second time this store has sent me an incomplete product when the listing states it is complete. A photocard of Jungkook was missing, another of Jin, and the poster. Not to mention it had a tear, which was also not mentioned in the listing. You cannot contact the store, a huge failure of Joom. They offer you a small compensation, but it is a very expensive product, and coincidentally, the missing photocard is also expensive. It doesn't cover what they give you at all, and if you return it, it's extremely expensive. They have to improve a lot if they want to continue selling second-hand products, or the scammers will keep taking advantage.

Packaging and delivery went very well. The description of the set was not correct because it was advertised as a whole set without missing parts but the photocard set which was also part of the gift was missing. Thanks to the JOOM support I was able to get a partial refund but I‘m still sad about the missing photocards. The items I‘ve got are still one of a kind and so will cherish them forever.

They sold it as complete and the photo was missing, and with Joom it's impossible to contact the seller. It's the second time this has happened to me. The only solution they give you is 15% off or to return the product with the associated costs. The store should ensure it is truly complete before shipping.

I did not receive the item like it’s pictured, different photo cards and different album, the signatures are also on different places as in the picture and I’m not sure if it’s even real, I will never order at this shop again, because I really have the feeling I got scammed! Nothing matches the pictures!

The advertisement was a deception and not clear. The DVD box was shown in the picture, but it was not part of the package. This was not communicated in the item description.. The photo card received is indeed error-free, but in the end, it was completely overpriced.
