Very happy with the product and service. I needed a hard-to-find set of brake pads clips for my Pajero Sport. Genuine part supplies were few and far between, and very expensive, so I decided to take a punt on a very cheap set from Joom. And I am glad that I did! Identical looking clips that fit well. Took around 10 days to arrive from China, but genuine ones from Japan would have arrived no faster. Recommended.

This item doesn't work. I would like a full refund. €39.33 is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't work.

The product doesn't hold the ball joints in place; the adjustments are too loose and no adjustments are possible.

The key only works on one side. Opening is okay. Closing doesn't work, no click.

Looks great and fits perfectly. Good price. Arrived several days earlier than I expected.
