I ordered a box of 3 "LARGE" dilators on this second order, it's the size I chose following my first order which contained 3 different sizes. Instead of 3 x LARGE I received a box with 3 different sizes, including only 1 x LARGE . Thank you for sending me back what I ordered, namely 3 x LARGE cordially Jean Gérain
The packaging had quite clearly been deliberately damaged. It was initially well packed but must have been stamped on as the contents were in the envelope and not the plastic container which was damaged. Therefore I didn't get my order as advertised. It was not in a container as shown...it was in an envelope and cannot be used.
The size is not correct. I had ordered 12 mm and received 15 mm, which is too big for my use. Consequently, I request a refund and ask you to tell me the procedure for returning the item. In the photo, the one on the left is the correct size, while the one on the right is the item received.

It came dismantled, it’s a fairly cheap piece, wood glue was my best friend! Cut outs for placement were either too wide to too small. Although it looks ok for a 70s themed room.
