Hello, I have a very big problem. I ordered several items of clothing and a teenager's bag but I was hospitalized at the Bruyères clinic in Auberchicourt. I thought I would stay there longer but I left before so I was unable to receive my orders since I returned home. I would like to know if I can receive my orders at home. I will send you my address and the number of my orders. Moren Michael 1 place Louise Michel apartment 903 Saint Martin Boulogne 62280 Order number and the 6A86122768608 I hope you will do everything necessary to find an arrangement for our problem because I really want to receive my orders and that everything goes well between you and me. Please accept my best regards Thank you Mother Michael

Quality is terrible for the price and trying to return the item is nearly impossible, and expensive. Also no way of contacting the seller. Would not recommend buying anything off Joom would stick with Temu and Shein from now on.

As described. Even more beautiful in real life than in the photo Pleasantly surprised by the warm and thick fabric It will be offered at Christmas by my children to their dad.

Honestly the hoodie is nice but some of the printing on the back is not great, on the 24K magic image his face is completely butchered and looks really bad

It was for my daughter's Christmas. She loved it and it fitted perfectly as she likes it a bit bigger. It was a small size

the size is very small compared to the normal size, the order description said large size and it's not true

I had 0 expectations for the quality of blouse made of plastic. So I get what I paid for. Size is ok.
