I am writing to formally complain about the extremely difficult and frustrating return process. I have spent several hours trying to find out how to return my shoes, but despite following the instructions provided on your website, I have been unable to complete the process. The instructions are inaccurate, and the buttons you refer to simply do not exist. I have also contacted your customer service multiple times but have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to return my order, yet your return process has made it virtually impossible to do so. I will not accept being denied my right to return these items because of failures on your side. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.. I expect your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Hello, I just received my order for the pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 Shield (reference DO7625-001). After detailed verification, it is a counterfeit.. Here are the manifest inconsistencies : 1. Impossible manufacturing dates: The inner label indicates manufacturing dates in 2025 (05/21/25 and 07/18/25), whereas this model was produced and marketed by Nike in 2021/2022. 2. Non-compliant typography: The font of the style code (DO7625-001) and the sizes does not comply with the official Nike standards. 3. Counterfeit authentication seal: The blue Poizon/Dewu tag attached to the laces is a copy. In accordance with Joom's warranty conditions regarding the sale of counterfeit goods, I request the cancellation of the order and a full refund (as well as an update to my Klarna invoice).. Thank you for sending me a prepaid return label if a return is necessary. Sincerely.

Hello, The tracking indicates that my package DPE00014361564 was delivered to the pickup point located at 6 Rue Maurice Maccario in Nice. However, I went there on Saturday and the store as well as the post office confirmed to me that there are no packages in my name. So I never received my order. Thank you for checking exactly where the package was delivered and for providing me with proof of delivery (signature, name of the pickup point, or official confirmation), or for proposing a solution, as the package cannot be found. cordially

Before the product was processed, I told you it was a 39. . You acted in bad faith. You told me no. Wait for the shoe to arrive at home to return it. This is the last time I will order from you. You are acting in bad faith. Because the shoe had not yet been shipped. I asked you for a size 39, you sent a 41, it's not serious. I am really disappointed. . I do not recommend your site to anyone. Suddenly the 39 became a 41. Erf

The boots are perfect, they are just like in the photo, they came verified by Nike and yes, they are 100% original. They arrived exactly on the day marked for delivery, very happy with my order, I will buy again. I've been using them for 2 weeks and honestly they are some of the best boots I've tried for playing, they have excellent cushioning and even better traction, I definitely recommend them 100%, apart from their design which I find perfect, everyone on my team has told me they love them.

Hi, I received my item approx. 20min ago and the quality overall is not good for the price it costs. Moreover sadly uncomfortable against the promises.. So many glue spots, wrinkled all around.. the color is so.much different that it appears on the website.. When I tried getting s return it was IMPOSSIBLE...and joop makes it so hard you justcwant to give up...Donot trust the rsturn policy...Until today left withput update...

Really bad quality, signs of wear everywhere, dirt particles everywhere that have nothing to do with the shoe material, and then also processing problems. It's an outrage to receive such shoes. Made 2 orders with you, and the first time was already not good. The second time was even a step worse. Happy to give a second chance, but never again here.
