Men Rain Shoes Water Winter Ankle Boots Fashion Waterproof Soft Rainboot Male Anti Slip Rubber Wading Shoes for Men Galoshes 2025

Sir The sandals you sent me have a manufacturing defect, it's impossible to get my foot in and slip it into the shoe, the foot doesn't go in. I am contacting you for a return of the shoes and a refund. I went to the Joom website to my profile to access the order, but the order is not displayed, it's impossible to do the return and the refund. I am contacting you so that you can do what is necessary to send me a return label. I want to return the sandals, it's a scam. I hope to have the return label tomorrow. I do not want a QR code. cordially

I am very disappointed with what has been sent to me. I had a pair of 38 blue Crocs exactly like this but one broke after much wear. To replace the broken pair I purchased this pair from Joom in good faith that I would get the same type of sandal. I ordered the same size as the pair that had broken but when the shoes from you arrived they are way smaller than the original 38's. I add a photo so you can see. What I received is more like a 37 or even a 36! The shoe in the middle is the remaining unbroken croc from my previous pair. They all say size 38. Please can I get a refund.

I already have the shoe in black and walk in it very well, which is why I ordered it again in white. Unfortunately, the substitute delivery person damaged and tore open the package with only three delivery stops left. Joom can't do anything about that. Nevertheless, the amount was refunded to me. I think that's really mega and I thank you very much for it. I find the products very beautiful, but I also find the contact with the employees great. Everyone very courteous and helpful 🙏🙏🙏

Hello, I wish to return order n° 26X6VM23 black moccasins because size 37 in this model corresponds to a 38 and is really too big. I plan to place another order in a different model as a replacement.. can you answer me and send me a voucher for a free return and refund me for this product. I would be infinitely grateful to you and thank you very much. Bernadette BOYER Quick answer PLEASE.

I want to return the product, as this order № 26WLJ53M according to the size on the WEB page is the same size 38 as the one from my previous order № 8LPELQ8D, but its size is miscataloged or poorly manufactured as it is 1 cm longer, therefore, I request that you inform me how to return the product.. I attach photos where the size difference between both shoes is perfectly visible.

The model that arrived is not what I ordered. The shoe that has been delivered to me is all smooth. While the one I ordered has a detail on the instep. I need the shoes that I ordered. I have paid for a product that has not arrived. An error that I will not let pass. Contact me. This shoe does not match my order in any way. I want the shoes for which I have paid.

The Chinese 41 is not the same as our German EU size, they are too small. I already have such boots, the sole length is 29 cm and it says 43 on them, the ones you sent are only 28 cm and say 41 on them. Please exchange them and send me the German (EU) size 41. I wear shoe size 41 in Germany. Please send your answer and a good solution to flora-l@gmx.de

Product with the wrong size marked as 42, actually it is about 1 cm shorter than it should be. too small for me to use. I cannot assess the quality - because it is not suitable for me to use. I am trying to send a video to the join team, poor support ! But so far, there is no substantive answer...
