Ürünleri beğendim ama iptallerin çokluğu ve sürecin uzaması,belirsizlikler insanı geriyor.

Kurulumu ve montajı kolay, ortama değişiklik getiren güzel bir avize

Gercekten guzel tavsiye ederim

very nice lamp, but: it came without a user manual and when we asked the very friendly support, we received a video sent by the seller with instructions on how to set it up. It was more helpful, but the cable clutter still prevailed. It would make a lot of sense for future buyers to send an instruction manual, as the lamp consists of what feels like a few hundred parts. Unfortunately, a ball of the lamp broke. There is room for improvement, but as I said, the lamp looks very nice and now we are very satisfied ****

The package has arrived open and all the contents displaced to one side. The few interior protection elements were broken. Dirty and smelly blanket. The doll made a ball, with its legs and head bent. In feet and legs have been the marks. The neck is very fragile and the head cannot be supported, perhaps because it came poorly packaged. It's a pity because I like the doll and it matches the description, but the packaging system is inadmissible.

The delivery naturally took time. I had my concerns that it wouldn't arrive in good condition, as the product is delivered from a distant country. When it arrived, I was very, very positively surprised: The package had no damage anywhere. The product was delivered in TOP condition. It's my first order at JOOM and I must say; PRAISE to JOOM and the seller. Good job!

I bought the 24 version and I have to say that the lamp itself looks good. Unfortunately, the materials used are very cheap. There are no instructions and it takes a lot of time to assemble. You should have some knowledge of electrical engineering in order to be able to connect the lamp properly. In my opinion, this lamp is extremely overpriced.
