The earrings do not match the description and are far too small! I am disappointed! The listing stated the stones were 5 mm, but in reality, they are smaller; they don't stand out, aren't really visible, and don't flatter the face. The item weight you listed was 7.8 grams, but the actual weight is 5 grams. The length of the earring itself, excluding the clasp, is about 16 mm. I am disappointed. I do not believe they are worth the 467 Swedish kronor I paid, plus the 148 kronor in tax I paid in Sweden. I am returning the earrings and demanding a refund.
Hi, It took a very long time for me to receive them, and on top I had to pay x-tra customs duty of € 27, to have them 'custom cleared' delivered to me. Find this not correct. The same happened with an order of a Elephant silvery ring, made in India. Hope you are going to do something about this, ... asap, thank you, Jean-Pierre Christiaens Belgium 00.32.493865952 !
Very nice but I had to pay 10 euros to be able to pick it up at the post office. When I ordered it there was no question of paying again.. I paid twice for the item. A SCAM. Joom refuses to refund my customs fees even though they were included in the price
Pretty pair of Larimar and silver earrings. The clasps at the back are of good quality because they are rigid. Pretty blue color which goes very well with a ring that I received. The stone is discreet, but enough for my little earlobes 😁. Satisfied. Thank you 🙏
The earrings are beautiful, but they have charged me €9.92 at the Post Office to receive them, which greatly increases the cost of the earrings and if I had known I would not have bought them.
