Fel storlek, och fel stövel plus att jag fått vänta på detta skräp i 1,5 månader. Enligt bilden på sidan skulle stöveln vara en overknee stövel i svart lack, med en halvhög klack. Det jag fick var en stövel gjord i fuskskinn med ett så smalt skaft, att det nästan inte går att få på sig den och klacken var en taxklack i trä. Sluthandlat här.

Tyget i hälen på ena skon är vikt o sydd fel så dom går inte att använda. Gav dom i present o hon fick dom sent eftersom vi bor långt ifrån varandra o hon testade dom först igår. Förstår att tiden gått ut och skorna går inte att använda utan att isf gå och få dom fixade av proffs.

Liten i storlek och ganska tunn yttersula så antagligen inget som håller värmen. Utseendemässigt är de jättefina!

First of all, the shoes give off an extremely strong and unpleasant chemical smell.. They also have numerous visible defects: stained, creased, and misshapen material, numerous marks, scratches, scuffs, and abrasions, irregular and particularly neglected finishes. The faux leather coating is also peeling and delaminating in many parts of the shoes: it is lifting and separating from its backing in several places. Some elements are therefore already visibly damaged, even though the shoes are new and have just been received.. The general appearance gives that of damaged, poorly assembled, and very poorly finished items, and not that of new products in acceptable condition.. Finally, the color received does not faithfully match the one shown in the advertisement, even though it was precisely a determining factor in my purchase.. Therefore, it is not simply a matter of personal preference: the items have multiple material defects, and their quality as well as their appearance do not match the presentation made during the sale.. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid. I can provide detailed photographs showing all of these defects. Please confirm the processing of my refund.
