I am outraged. The product arrived late. I was charged shipping costs, even though the website states that shipping is free! Furthermore, the product does not match the description. I ordered "natural Baltic amber". The product description stated that the stone was precious and the color of the product was orange! In fact, I received a blue plastic stone in a setting. Furthermore, I paid €9.82 for shipping. I would like a refund for the product, as it does not match the description at all and does not contain natural amber, as the seller claims! I also request a refund of the shipping costs. I say nothing about compensation for moral damages.
It is very beautiful I complete: from the beginning I had doubts that it could be a silver + natural stone item at such a good price. After about 1 month of wearing it, I convinced myself that IT IS NOT SILVER! It's red and the color yellow appears! I'm very sorry.. Shame on the seller who lies to the customers! I very much doubt that the stone is natural. The last 4 pictures are added 13.08.2024. One of them clearly shows the 925 proof. It means that it costs nothing to put such proofs on any metal and sell it as silver. So the presence of the sample does not guarantee anyone a genuine product here.
I picked up my order at the post office about 6 hours ago. They didn't warn me that I had to pay for shipping, but after seeing MY RINGS, I forgot that I had to pay the shipping costs... They are spectacularly beautiful, some more than others, but all !beautiful!. You can tell how each one is finished by hand, which gives them an extra touch, and the stones are simply !fantastic!, of the 6 I received only one would have a 9 instead of a 10. I'm eager to reorder to expand my collection. For me, it's one of the best things I've bought lately. Thank you!!!!@
