Van de linker laars kan de rits met grote moeite omhoog worden getrokken is redelijk. De rechterlaars is zo krap dat de rits niet omhoog getrokken kan worden. Het komt erop neer dat deze geweldig leuke laarzen helaas 1 maat kleiner zijn dan dat erop is aangegeven. Er staat 41 op zoals besteld, maar het is feite een krappe maat 40.

Ik wil het graag opnieuw kopen en meer betalen voor de verzending, als jullie bereid zijn om het mij in een doos te sturen. Gewoon met plastic er rond kan het geen grote gewichten weerstaan tijdens het transport en breekt het in stukken.

Heel slecht de laarzen passen helemaal niet en ik heb 3 paar gekocht en kan ze zo weggooien want retour sturen kost net zoveel als de laarzen.Slechte service! jokehamelinck@gmail.com

Deze laarzen zijn geen elastische overknees. Veel te kort, smalle schacht met een rist aan de achterkant. Het materiaal voelt erg goedkoop; bijna als karton.

I wish to request a full refund for this order. Upon receipt, the quality of the items is extremely poor and significantly inferior to what is shown in the advertisement photos.. First of all, the shoes give off an extremely strong and unpleasant chemical smell.. They also have numerous visible defects: stained, creased, and misshapen material, numerous marks, scratches, scuffs, and abrasions, irregular and particularly neglected finishes. The faux leather coating is also peeling and delaminating in many parts of the shoes: it is lifting and separating from its backing in several places. Some elements are therefore already visibly damaged, even though the shoes are new and have just been received.. The general appearance gives that of damaged, poorly assembled, and very poorly finished items, and not that of new products in acceptable condition.. Finally, the color received does not faithfully match the one shown in the advertisement, even though it was precisely a determining factor in my purchase.. Therefore, it is not simply a matter of personal preference: the items have multiple material defects, and their quality as well as their appearance do not match the presentation made during the sale.. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid. I can provide detailed photographs showing all of these defects. Please confirm the processing of my refund.
