This waterproof pencil eyebrow pencil has a thick round core and is resistant to sweat, water, sebum, and rubbing. It keeps your eyebrows looking fluffy all day long. The 5mm thick round tip makes it easy to draw soft eyebrows. It creates powdery eyebrows that look like they were finished with powder eyebrow pencil. Despite its thick core, it has moderate color development and allows for smooth, soft drawing. To allow you to create powdery eyebrows without sticking too much to the skin, the core has been adjusted to maintain a certain degree of hardness while also loosening up gradually when applied. The thin, even coating provides well-balanced color and a powdery feel, making it easy to apply. Formulated with sebum-proof ingredients that absorb sebum, touch-proof ingredients that form a film that is resistant to rubbing, and ingredients that adhere well to the skin. Provides excellent makeup wear that won't come off over time and lasts all day*. *Based on our research. Results may vary from person to person. *The sebum-proof ingredient is silica, and the touch-proof ingredients are behenic acid, stearic acid, Japan wax, and hydrogenated castor oil.
