(DVPNGLLJ) €71.89 This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The return process is unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating. First, they tell you to wait 15 days before you'll even have the option to request a return. After waiting, there still isn't any return option available, so you're forced to contact customer support. Then you wait weeks for a response, only to have your return request denied because the return deadline has supposedly expired. The deadline only expired because of their own delayed response. As a result, I wasted my money on a tyre that I can't use and now it's just sitting in the corner collecting dust. The entire process feels designed to discourage returns rather than help customers. I won't be buying from this site again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering if there's any chance they might need to return an item.

Ho ordinato un elettrodomestico e sono un cliente europeo (Italia), pertanto mi aspettavo un alimentazione 220V - 50Htz. Invece ho ricevuto un elettrodomestico alimentato a 120V - 60Htz. Nel caso non esistesse la versione a 220V, consiglierei al venditore di rendere chiara l'informazione sul sito per evitare che altri consumatori dell'area EURO possano incorrere nel mio stesso problema. Adesso contatterò l'assistenza per vedere come pensano di risolvere (se è possibile cambiarlo con una versione a 220V oppure se sarò costretto al reso con rimborso). Se possibile aggiornerò questa recensione con i prossimi sviluppi

Hi, just tried to replace the broken wheel with the one purchased. But it fails to engage to the 3 gearwheels because the inner diameter on the new wheel (diameter between teeths) are too big. On the old one, the inner diameter (betwee top of teeths) is 75mm, the new one is 79mm Diameter between bottom of teets is 80.5mm on the old and 84mm on the new one. As a result the 3 rotating gearwheels driven by the motor do not reach out to the teeths in the purchased gearwheel, and the whinch does not rotate.

Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu le produit, mais la taille reçue est plus grande que la taille habituelle. De ce fait, il ne peut malheureusement pas être installé comme prévu.
