Size: 18 x 7 cm / 7.08 x 2.75 inches Net weight: 140g Cons : I did not find any cons about the product Shipping took about 12 days The order number was within the app ☺️ traceable until it arrived at my house Thanks to the seller for the quality of the product😍 Thank you joom for the fast delivery🚚

Very disappointing experience. I have ordered from Joom twice, and unfortunately both experiences have been poor. The first item I ordered broke, so I was already disappointed with the quality. I decided to give Joom another chance, but my second order never arrived. The tracking was marked as “delivered”, but I did not receive the package. More importantly, the delivery photo provided by Evri does not show my property or my delivery address. It shows a different location. I raised this with Joom, but the dispute was closed on the basis that the tracking showed the parcel as delivered, without properly addressing the fact that the delivery photograph does not show my address. I think customers should be able to expect both reasonable product quality and reliable delivery. Unfortunately, based on my two orders, I haven’t had either. I would not recommend Joom based on my experience.

Silicone tulips bouquet (5 pieces), color: white🌷 In what concerns their quality, again, the tulips are great, as they look natural and feel like natural ones(super soft). In the pictures you can see 2 bouquets (10 wreaths: smaller bulbs and bigger). The package came in a simple plastic bag and unfortunately this time the wreaths were bent and it's hard to bring them to their initial condition, also some bulbs fall from their branch( glue is needed ); the smell of plastic is felt, but it will quickly disappear, I hope.... Because of the above mentioned, as well as due to their doubled price, this time, I give them 3 out of 5 ⭐️s

Silicone tulips bouquet (5 pieces), color: light purple🌷 The tulips are really fantastic, as they look natural and feel like natural ones(super soft). every single guest coming in our house thought they are real and didn't believe they are not, until a detailed research 😁 In the pictures you can see 2 bouquets (10 wreaths: smaller bulbs and bigger). The package came in a simple plastic bag, but the wreaths were in a super good condition. a little plstic smell was felt, but it quickly disappeared. I have ordered more colors and will combine them, for a richer aspect! Very happy with my purchase! 🤩🌷

I had ordered a CHAIN... instead, a very short bracelet, which was intended for children's arms, arrived. I will complain... ................... I received a refund even though I didn't chat with customer service! I think that the much too long delivery time was the reason in this case. Also good! Joom can't do anything about the delivery or quality conditions. I've always had good experiences when something was wrong. Thanks for the service.😊

A huge crush on this pretty vase ceramic donut Chic and elegant at the same time to decorate the house I chose size L 21 cm *23.5 Made of high quality materials, exquisite workmanship Received quickly and in a package and bubble very well protected Available in several colors Black, Pink yellow or White I 100% recommend the seller LEISURY ✅

The product is NOT 30mm in diameter but is much larger. So for me it is unusable. I try to make a return. For the return, Joom activated immediately. They offered me a 50% refund which I accepted (the costs are certainly more expensive than the value of the product). I found the refund was made the next day. Perfect.
