Dear Sirs: I ordered ONE PAIR of shoes. NOT TWO PAIRS. If there is an error, it is your fault. When I went to pay with my card, they told me there was no money on it. I tried a SECOND TIME and they again told me there was no cash. Then I called my Bank very upset and they told me not to worry. That there was cash on my card. So I decided not to place the order. I went to another site and bought other similar shoes. In the evening, I read in my email that you are going to send me the shoes (NO ONE WARNED ME IT WAS TWO PAIRS). I was happy, because I like the shoes and, despite having ordered others from another store, specifically from TEMU, I didn't mind and allowed the shipment to proceed. You kept writing to me many times warning me that they were already on their way, that they had crossed the border, that they were in customs, that they were in Spain, (IT IS AT THAT MOMENT WHEN TWO PAIRS APPEAR IN THE IMAGE) I wrote to you not to even think about sending me two pairs, but of course, they were already here) the messages continued and with THE TWO PAIRS, that they were arriving at the Post Office, that they were about to arrive at my house... Wellllll!!! The ones from TEMU arrived. I am wearing them. And finally yesterday I received yours. TWO PAIRS. I absolutely do not accept the two pairs. What do I want two identical pairs for? So please send me the voucher so I can resend them and cancel one of the payments. Without further ado, I send you a cordial greeting. Loly Canillas García.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an EU size 38 expecting it to match the standard EU 38 fit, but the item was significantly different and did not fit as expected. The sizing information provided on the website was inaccurate or insufficient, which resulted in an unsuitable purchase. When I contacted customer support, I sent three separate messages, including photos with detailed measurements to demonstrate the sizing issue. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to provide the same photos again. Eventually, I received a response stating that they had not seen any proof that the size was incorrect and my request for compensation was rejected.. The most frustrating part was not just the sizing issue, but the way my complaint was handled. I made every effort to provide the requested evidence, yet it appeared that it was either not reviewed properly or simply disregarded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this site. If you decide to order, be aware that the listed EU sizes may not correspond to standard sizing, and resolving any issues with customer support may be difficult.

Hello: I did not order two pairs of the same shoe model. What would I do with two pairs? When trying to pay, you informed me that there was no money on my card and I tried again with the same response. But THAT WAS NOT ORDERING TWO IDENTICAL MODELS. I had already given up on the shoes and ordered others from TEMU. To my surprise, that night when I opened the mail, there was a message from you telling me that you were sending me the shoes ONE PAIR... TWO DID NOT APPEAR AS NOW. I saw the two pairs reflected when the product was already in Spain, according to your comment. In conclusion, please tell me how I can return one of the pairs and get its price refunded. Regarding the delivery, it took a very long time. I had the ones from TEMU for 10 days when yours arrived.. Without anything further to add, I await your response. Sincerely. María Dolores Canillas García.

Good afternoon. I am hereby writing to complain about the order that was sent to me. The boots I received have nothing to do with what was on the website. I am sending photos for comparison so that there are no doubts. I would like to request a refund for the amount I paid.. graciously Gilberto Romão

The shoes came completely wrong I didn't order that. I made a return and I don't have to send the shoes back but keep them and get my money back. That was correct from the seller because it was wrong on his part and he did that well

For these boots, the foot measurement is perfect (that's a change....). The shaft is a bit wide but it's okay. On the other hand, they don't seem very sturdy. Material quality is average. I think they won't last very long. We'll see.

Is not compliant with the description bad quality of the scam quite simply they are not even worth 5 € size too small really very disappointed with this purchase and I regret it .a piece of advice do not order this shoe really to be banned
