(DVPNGLLJ) €71.89 This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The return process is unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating. First, they tell you to wait 15 days before you'll even have the option to request a return. After waiting, there still isn't any return option available, so you're forced to contact customer support. Then you wait weeks for a response, only to have your return request denied because the return deadline has supposedly expired.. The deadline only expired because of their own delayed response. As a result, I wasted my money on a tyre that I can't use and now it's just sitting in the corner collecting dust. The entire process feels designed to discourage returns rather than help customers. I won't be buying from this site again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering if there's any chance they might need to return an item.

I ordered an appliance and I am a European customer (Italy), therefore I expected a 220V - 50Hz power supply. Instead, I received an appliance powered by 120V - 60Hz. In the event that a 220V version does not exist, I would advise the seller to make the information on the website clear to prevent other consumers in the EURO area from encountering the same problem as me.. Now I will contact customer support to see how they plan to resolve it (if it's possible to exchange it for a 220V version or if I will be forced to return it for a refund). If possible, I will update this review with further developments.

Hi, just tried to replace the broken wheel with the one purchased. But it fails to engage to the 3 gearwheels because the inner diameter on the new wheel (diameter between teeths) are too big. On the old one, the inner diameter (between top of teeths) is 75mm, the new one is 79mm Diameter between bottom of teets is 80.5mm on the old and 84mm on the new one. As a result the 3 rotating gearwheels driven by the motor do not reach out to the teeths in the purchased gearwheel, and the whinch does not rotate.
