I am writing to formally complain about the extremely difficult and frustrating return process. I have spent several hours trying to find out how to return my shoes, but despite following the instructions provided on your website, I have been unable to complete the process. The instructions are inaccurate, and the buttons you refer to simply do not exist. I have also contacted your customer service multiple times but have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to return my order, yet your return process has made it virtually impossible to do so. I will not accept being denied my right to return these items because of failures on your side. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels.. I expect your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

First of all, they did not come in a Nike box and inside they only had a plastic wrap around them, they didn't even have the padding to prevent them from deforming. The box is from a brand called Poizon. Next, I've been wearing a 37.5 in Nike for over 10 years, and these sneakers are extremely tight on me, so much so that I can't even walk.. Furthermore, comparing them with photos from the internet and with the same sneakers from a friend of mine, I've seen that there are many flaws in these. One of them is that on the back they only have two lines, whereas the originals have three, as well as many stitching finishes and other symbols that the originals have differently. I've also noticed that they arrived wrinkled on the front part.. For such an expensive shoe, it arrived in very poor condition, and I want a refund as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will take legal action.. In the event that the sneakers are original, we also want a refund as they are too small. We do not want an exchange, but rather for the money to be credited back to the account with which the payment was made..

Before you order, you must first know that you will receive your item exactly after one month, secondly no matter how much the value of your item is, another €4 will be added for delivery that arrived after a month 😂😂😂 lastly and most importantly if you request a return 😂😂😂😂 it is written 14 days after receipt but for that you have to die so first you must contact customer service so that you can request it! Phone number?? Yes there is but then you get an answer that they do not offer telephone service 😂😂😂 okay you write here in the app! An answer after at least 2 days and that's already 2 days of the deadline have passed 😂😂😂 and still the answer you must photograph and measure everything how it didn't fit, e.g., and you must also measure your foot and photograph where it didn't fit at all, it's really not clear what they can do with the photos later so data protection is very respected here 😂😂😂😂😂 and of course answer after at least 2 days!! So for that I don't know how they still do business in Germany!! Absolutely a scam

Hello I bought sweatshirts at the JACQUEMUS store in Paris. Each authentic sweatshirt weighs 973 grams in XL. Yours weighs 739 grams in XL because the cotton is thinner, lighter... I also bought three NIKE x JACQUEMUS t-shirts from JOOM, which only weigh 281 grams each. The difference is therefore 51 grams per t-shirt, which corresponds to a significantly thinner cotton. This difference is immediately noticeable to the touch. I expect the same level of professionalism from JOOM as from the JACQUEMUS store and wish for you to send me back three NIKE x JACQUEMUS t-shirts that match the original quality, with the correct cotton thickness and a weight identical to the models sold in store. Due to their lighter fabric, the clothes hang poorly when worn and the decorative perforations deform, which gives a very different aesthetic appearance from the original model. Hello, I just received my order for the pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 Shield (reference DO7625-001). After detailed verification, it is a counterfeit.. Here are the manifest inconsistencies : 1. Impossible manufacturing dates: The inner label indicates manufacturing dates in 2025 (05/21/25 and 07/18/25), whereas this model was produced and marketed by Nike in 2021/2022. 2. Non-compliant typography: The font of the style code (DO7625-001) and the sizes does not comply with the official Nike standards. 3. Counterfeit authentication seal: The blue Poizon/Dewu tag attached to the laces is a copy. ​In accordance with Joom's warranty conditions regarding the sale of counterfeit goods, I request the cancellation of the order and a full refund (as well as an update to my Klarna invoice).. I paid 113 euros for these Nikes. I think they are fake. A single walk in slightly damp grass and they faded. In addition, the labels seem fake and the quality does not match real Nikes.
