Ordered on 15.12.25, received on 20.01.26 in St. Petersburg. Cainiao delivery to a parcel locker, tracked the whole way. The price was very good for the 990v4 at the time of purchase - 12250₽. Before this, I bought the 990v4 in a different color and materials from the same seller for 15500₽. Original by all signs (different unique numbers, NB inscriptions are clear and even under UV light, barcode numbers on the box match those on the sneakers). Additional laces are included. This time I bought size EU44.5 US10.5 UK10 in cm 28.5 (because other 990v4 in size EU45 ran large and had about half a size to spare) and they fit very snugly, with no room to spare, to my surprise🤔(but it's not critical for me, as my foot is 28.5cm and I can easily wear NB in both size 44.5 and 45). Conclusion - different colorways of the 990v4 have different length parameters, I don't know why🤷‍♂️ and for this model, it's better to take half a size larger. The sneakers themselves are top-notch in terms of comfort, of course. Walking in them is pure pleasure for me. This colorway will get dirty, of course, and you need to be prepared for that (mentally too). Treat with a water-repellent impregnation and wear in dry, warm weather, avoiding dirt and dust, but this is practically impossible in reality😆. Inside there is a lining, not very thick, but still, so the limit for wearing them with a thin sock is +25°C. Regarding materials, the back is shaggy suede/nubuck, the front is trimmed😁, not super quality, but not bad either, just ordinary. The heel counter is impossible to press in, like a stone, which is good for stabilization. Undoubtedly, they are top-tier and flagship models of the brand, which adds to the price + the "made in" series (hand-made and all that, but there's no wow effect from the same quality of materials, and even the stitching quality can be slightly worse than in the Asian versions, and threads can stick out, and this is a fact). Therefore, the thought arises whether it's worth buying them... For the price of 12k, definitely yes. I tried several online apps for these shoes for a Christmas present for my Son the size I needed was 45 and that size was sold out on every app I tried so I downloaded Joom although they were DBL the Price in a size 45 I'm grateful to Joom there definitely Nike Original and Excellent Quality with unnotable stitching around the side of the soles another bonus and the Nike Logo underneath there's no complaints they arrived in two separate boxes well wrapped in my country and probably others some venues won't allow you in wearing jogging / sneakers on these are impeccable because they pass for what id call a hybrid shoe / trainers my Son had an accident and has pins in both sides of one off he's legs these are ideal because there light for him to wear highly recommend but for DBL the price for size 45 that's up to each individual to decide if you take other sizes have no fear there a lovely Pair 😅 Thanks Joom will be looking forward to dealing with you in the future for other items 💯☘️👍

I checked the authenticity, the codes matched, I asked the seller for information, but I never got answers. I spoke in the Joom chat, empty and doubtful responses. Because I paid a lot for the product, being in doubt is not good, as I am against counterfeiting. I checked the code on the box and the shoe on the Onitsuka Tiger website, it's listed there. Conclusion, everything matches as original, but I felt uncomfortable because the seller didn't reply, the email I received from the Onitsuka Tiger website was: "we cannot evaluate the authenticity of products purchased on other platforms", how can they not evaluate it if I checked the code on their own website and the code and model are listed there as original. Only a week after receiving it did I remove the seal from the shoe and will use it, but I kept the box, the seal, everything that came with it, in case I need it someday.

Very disappointing experience – would never buy from Joom again. I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from joom, but after receiving them, I compared them carefully with the same model I purchased directly from the official New Balance website. There are noticeable differences in the shoes, including the quality and details, which makes me seriously question their authenticity. I have also found the return process extremely difficult and frustrating. It should not be this hard to return a product when there are serious concerns about its authenticity. This has been a very disappointing experience. I will never buy from Joom again and would strongly advise other customers to be very careful when purchasing from this seller.
