My experience has been absolutely outrageous, and I consider the way my case was handled to be nothing short of a scam! I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from this seller. When they arrived, they were far too small — approximately 1.5 sizes smaller than expected. I have never had problems with shoe sizing before, and I almost never return shoes. However, these were simply impossible to wear. I requested a return, only to discover that CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING EVEN WHEN THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT! In my case, shipping the shoes back from Portugal cost me €20 out of my own pocket! Despite this, I followed every single instruction. I returned the shoes, provided the shipping receipt, uploaded a photograph of the receipt, and submitted pictures of the properly packaged parcel — exactly as requested. And what happened next? They claimed that I had not provided sufficient evidence and told me I would have to wait until the seller received the returned package before they could issue my refund.. THE SELLER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE — AND THEN THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! Their excuse? They claimed that the return deadline had expired! THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! I shipped the package back immediately, and it was delivered within just 10 days, well within the required timeframe. So let me get this straight: I paid for the shoes, paid another €20 to return them, followed every instruction, provided photographic evidence, and returned the product on time. Now the seller has both my money and the shoes, while I am left with absolutely nothing! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? To make matters even worse, this platform provides virtually no way to contact a real person. No accessible manager, no proper customer support phone number, no direct email address, and no meaningful assistance when something goes wrong. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! In my opinion, this is fraudulent treatment of customers. The seller has received the returned merchandise and is refusing to return my money based on an excuse that directly contradicts the delivery timeline.. I FEEL COMPLETELY SCAMMED AND ROBBED! I am sharing my experience to warn other customers before they lose their money too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING THROUGH THIS PLATFORM! A 3rd pair is currently still on its way and, given that the shoes are small, I'm afraid I'll have the exact same problem. I contacted the seller several times to explain the situation and simply ask for a commercial gesture or a return slip so that I could send back the shoes, but he never replies to my messages or my emails.. The problem is that to return the 2 pairs, I have to pay about €40 in return costs via La Poste, whereas the problem stems from the fact that the shoes are much smaller than expected. No free return label is offered to me, and no solution is provided by the seller.. Once the order is validated, it is also impossible to cancel it. I therefore find myself having to manage the return of 2 pairs, with a 3rd pair still arriving, without any help from the seller. For me, it's a very bad experience. A serious seller should at least respond to their customers and offer a solution. I strongly advise against it.

Absolutely disappointing experience. The product description was incomplete because the width of the shoes was not specified. That is precisely why I could not know before buying that the shoes are completely unsuitable for my wide feet.. The customer service itself confirmed that the foot width was not stated in the product description. Nevertheless, no goodwill was shown whatsoever, and the return costs were not covered. Instead, I had to pay around €50 for the return.. Even more disappointing was the customer service's handling. The responses seemed unfriendly, unhelpful, and no interest was shown in finding a customer-oriented solution.. For me, this was the last order. There are many other providers with significantly better service, more transparent product information, and a much more professional approach to their customers.. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

This item was supposed to be a UK size 7 but arrived as UK size 6. I made a request for a refund & I followed the instructions for return, of which I have proof via tracking receipt & a photograph of the returned product, as the seller requested. I emailed the seller with the evidence they required asking about my refund & am still waiting for a reply! I'm so frustrated as I paid €137 for these, apart from another €40 to send them back to the seller. I'm so annoyed by this & the lack of contact with Joom in general is absolutely horrendous; they make it so, so difficult to have any communication or follow-up. Can someone please advise what I can do further with this? Even for the seller to make contact with me or even send me another pair in the correct size.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally request a return and a full refund for the shoes I purchased I have received the product, but I am not satisfied with it and I wish to exercise my right to return it within the legal timeframe. I have been trying to reach your customer service through various channels but have not received any response so far. Please provide me with the return shipping address and the necessary return instructions immediately. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will be forced to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback (dispute) process for this transaction. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the shoe because it's unfortunately about a half size too big. (I've been wearing Asics shoes for years - the size has always been correct so far). Regarding Joom, I have to say that the return process is complicated and opaque. You are repeatedly asked to install the app. Nowhere was it visible beforehand that the return shipping would be at your own expense to Hong Kong. Prices with tracking start at around 30-40 Euros depending on the weight. Furthermore, you are asked to take several photos of the new item from all sides and also of the packaged parcel later and submit these in addition to the return. All in all, very expensive and complicated. Therefore, I do not recommend it.
