New Replacement BN59-01315A For Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV Remote Control UN43RU710DFXZA

Exactly the same size and functions as the original. Insert two batteries and it works perfectly. Very fast delivery, good follow-up by the buyer. I would only suggest that you switch from CTT Portugal to DHL. I will pay the difference so I don't have to go anywhere, since they don't even ring the doorbell and lie about the delivery date, asking us to be home from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.. I RECOMMEND JOOM and this product. No doubt.

Fake product. I have the original which was with the TV. And this one is just fake and quality is bad. Overall build quality is bad, plastic is cheaper and buttons are not nice. The worst thing is that clicking sometimes doesn’t work. Sometimes I have to click 2-3 times to make it work. Which is very annoying because I expected to use it a lot. So basically product is useless.

This remote control doesn't do what it's supposed to do, with an original remote control you press the button once and it continues to run smoothly, with this remote control you have to press it 1000 times until you're in the right place, so unfortunately it's unusable, please refund your money

Ok! Very good. They should have stated in the article information that it was delivered without batteries, but I understand why... I just hope it works like the original Kenwood RC-406 remote. Fast delivery and perfect packaging. I recommend. Thank you JOOM.

Good. It works perfectly. As in the description. But it was very difficult to deliver for 2 months via novaposta, which bothered me because the address specifically contains the address and the post office, these are put through the Moldovan post office

I received my order. I was worried whether the purchased remote control would work with my Sony HCD-DZ830W home theater system. I tried it, it works great. Lithuania (Google Translate).

I ordered the remote control about a month ago, it worked perfectly at the beginning, but for the past 2 days it doesn't work anymore 😕 Could you please help me?

The delivery and packaging super. Unfortunately, the voice control doesn't work again. Now I have 3 remote controls for my TV and I'm unhappy.
