I would like to file a complaint about the slippers I bought from you. The slippers have not even been in use for a month, and already they are torn and the soles have been damaged. Since they have only been worn for a very short time, I do not find this quality acceptable.. The dress is very beautiful. The shipping took a very very long time but that was known as it was still within the stated timeframe for when it should arrive. So it was on time. There is a zipper sewn in at the back and a corset which was very comfortable makes the dress to wear. In terms of length, the S fits perfectly (I am 1.60cm). The fabric is relatively comfortable like any fabric of prom dresses. I would buy it again anytime. :)

I received a defective product. The zipper was sewn incorrectly and the dress cannot be properly fastened. The defect was present from the moment the package was unpacked. I have photos and video footage of the product unpacking. Additionally, the actual appearance and quality of the dress significantly differ from the product shown in the offer photos. I request a full refund for the defective product and information regarding free return of the goods.

The dress is beautiful, it looks very nice on my daughter, although a bit big in the waist and bust area but nothing that can't be fixed, we knew that part would be the problem because my daughter is tall and very slim in the upper waist area. We loved it, we are waiting for another dress and we will see which one is the prettiest.

Shoes too big, according to your online description, the sole length should be 25 cm! However, the shoes sent have a sole length of 26.5 cm, please see the photo sent several times.. Therefore, I have to send them back, and they are sending me the same shoes in the correct size 38/39 with a sole length of 25 cm..

The product does not match the description at all. I bought it, according to the photo, in white because I needed it WHITE. It has arrived in a camel color, with pink flowers. A mess because it is not useful to me. I also bought size S and it is HUGE. I request a refund.

I really love this helmet, however, the ears were not already attached and the stickers that were supposed to be used were not the right stickers to stick the ears on. Overall great for the visor, it fit nice, the color is a rose pink and very cute.
