More elongated and less rounded, the tree resembles a conifer and the trunk is not twisted enough with a base that is too wide. On the other hand, the loop for passing a chain or cord is much more elaborate than in the photo on the site. So despite the obvious differences with the photo on the site and the description, I like it. On the other hand, I almost couldn't get it back because it took a little time and arrived during my vacation and was only given to me against a signature and an identity document. Sellers should specify this when sending registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to avoid these problems.. I was not asked for customs tax.... and the site provides a translation, no need to use a translator

The thing about sterling silver is nonsense and misleading. "Silver-plated" is not sterling silver. This term is only permitted for 925 silver. However, the incorrect pricing is fraudulent. An additional €9 import tax and a €6 "display fee" were charged. So the price multiplies. That can't be right! It is important that the full final price is always stated.. Joom needs to pay attention to this too. It used to be better. If that doesn't change, I won't order anything from Joom anymore.

The necklace is made very carelessly. There are round dirty dirt on the reverse side of the decorative stones (see attached photo). The chain of the necklace is very short (less than 37 cm) and makes it impossible to wear it around the neck. The chain lacks a final, larger link to close it.

In addition to the price and VAT, I have been required to pay five euros at my home upon delivery otherwise they would not give it to me for holding them at customs...the last product I bought in the end was much more expensive than what was advertised, a scam I do not recommend it

The bracelet was advertised as sterling silver. The one I received is already discoloured and there is no stamp declaring it to be stirling silver. Also there is a bit of damage and scratches near the black stones.
