I wish to request a full refund for this order. Upon receipt, the quality of the items is extremely poor and significantly inferior to what is shown in the advertisement photos.. First of all, the shoes give off an extremely strong and unpleasant chemical smell.. They also have numerous visible defects: stained, creased, and misshapen material, numerous marks, scratches, scuffs, and abrasions, irregular and particularly neglected finishes. The faux leather coating is also peeling and delaminating in many parts of the shoes: it is lifting and separating from its backing in several places. Some elements are therefore already visibly damaged, even though the shoes are new and have just been received.. The general appearance gives that of damaged, poorly assembled, and very poorly finished items, and not that of new products in acceptable condition.. Finally, the color received does not faithfully match the one shown in the advertisement, even though it was precisely a determining factor in my purchase.. Therefore, it is not simply a matter of personal preference: the items have multiple material defects, and their quality as well as their appearance do not match the presentation made during the sale..
