Women Casual Shoes Fashion Breathable Walking Mesh Flat Shoes Sneakers Gym Vulcanized Shoes Footwear

Hello, I ordered some casual leather sandals for women, size 37, these are not leather and the size is 38, they are very big, I ordered some Women Casual Wedges Shoes, with the same size 37 and there is no problem, so what? what do I have to do now? I no longer have the package it came with other products, so I threw it away. It is the first time I have made a purchase with you, and I hope you will give me a solution so I can send them to you and so you can change it to me. Besides i havent received all my products then i have the time to complain this oreder. thank you.

The sandals are pretty ok. Because they were not a box or did not have a protection, the front is lame and does not have a new look, it looks like something it has been wearing for some time. I don't know if the folds will smooth out. Plus they have a specific smell of mothballs. I hope it disappears soon. The measure corresponds. I'm wearing 39, but I ordered 40. My legs are quite wide, but I don't tighten at all. The height is comfortable and they are light. Traces of glue are not visible.

Delivery took 15 days… The color does not match the seller's original photo, there the color is a light, bright pink, which was also the reason why I ordered the bag for almost €19… the bag arrived in a dark old rose shade 🧐 see photos 🙈… I don't like the color at all… would I recommend the seller NO … all in all a BAD PURCHASE !!!

These sneakers do not correspond at all to what is shown. They are lower, the front flap is not made of mesh/lace, the sole does not have a silver frieze and the inside of the sneakers does not follow the shape of the foot. They are not sneakers/boots or sneakers as the photo on the website indicates. Very Disappointed!

I ordered the smallest size and it still fits huge, to be able to use them first they will have to go to the shoe store and in the end they will cost me double, I am very upset, I buy less and less on Joom, the quality of the products has dropped a lot

Shoes of very low quality, sole is super hard and those were too small. And the worst thing is the return policy, such a damn headache. I need to proof to them that the shoe is too small. But it is really a bad quality of everything.

Unfortunately, according to the size table, you can't go, I ordered the shoes a little larger than the table showed me and unfortunately the shoes are too small. It's always best to order two sizes larger then they might fit.

These are not the shoes that are pictured, the shoe has a higher heel as shown and the shoe can only be worn by someone with very thin ankles, you can't close the zipper
