I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BOUGHT THIS ITEM AND IT CAME TO ME WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL. THE WHOLE BOX IS JUST WRITTEN IN CHINESE, BUT I DON'T SPEAK CHINESE...! HOW COME YOU DON'T SEND INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH? I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT...!!! PLEASE HELP ME OUT...!!!

BE CAREFUL, check if it is compatible with your tools, The nut to be screwed onto the DRIVING PIN has an M10 thread, unfortunately my simple dm 115 grinder tool has a DRIVING PIN with M14 thread. Wasted money.

The article does not meet my expectations. In the video, the lifting of the hair at the roots is very clear, whereas in reality, the hair is not lifted at all.. Negative rating.

Overall everything is ok except the anti-slip bands did not arrive in the quantity I ordered because I received 1 piece and I ordered a whole package, i.e. 10 pieces

Does not match the thickness of the axle from the 115mm flex. My mistake for not looking at the dimensions properly.

On the one hand, it is perfectly covered, but on the other it is not, which causes rapid wear.

Very nice and well made, with attention to detail. It lights up quite a bit in the dark.

Products as described...the only negative note is the biblical delivery times.
