AVOID JOOM – A RETURNS NIGHTMARE I ordered £75 worth of party decorations from Joom, but they failed to arrive within the delivery period originally shown. As they were needed for a specific event, the late delivery made them completely useless. I followed Joom’s return process and paid an astonishing £44 to send everything back using tracked postage. Joom then refunded just one item worth £24.22 and declined the remaining £50.78, claiming I had used the “wrong return address”—despite me following the return information provided through their own process. I now have none of the products and am £94.78 out of pocket between the withheld refund and return postage. Their returns process is confusing, excessively expensive and seemingly designed to make obtaining a refund as difficult as possible. If different products needed to be sent to different addresses or in separate parcels, that should have been made unmistakably clear before I spent £44 returning them. Missing the stated delivery period was bad enough. Accepting the returned parcel, refunding one item and then refusing the others because of an alleged address issue is appalling customer service. Cheap products are not a bargain when returning them costs more than many of the items themselves—and you may still be denied your money afterwards. Avoid Joom. I certainly won’t purchase from them again.

☀️ Make up sponge ☀️ I received the 7-piece sponge set very well packaged after a delivery time of about 3 weeks ☀️ The make-up sponges are in a plastic container with a screw cap and can therefore be stored well ☀️ There are 4 large and 3 small sponges that make up can be applied very well ☀️ The set is available in different colors and I chose the yellow set because of the approaching summer ☀️ The quality is extremely good and the price very cheap ☀️ I always wash my sponges under running water with soap and use them again as soon as they are dry. After I've washed them several times and they eventually lose their shape and crumble, dispose of them in the residual waste ☀️ I can actually recommend this set to every woman who likes to use such sponges to apply foundation or the like, because there is no difference to high-priced products of this kind and I know what I'm talking about because I've already tried a lot of them!

Arrived on Wednesday, in packaging shared with several other products. Checked, box is not the one that appears in the description, they have put pieces that I have not ordered to complete I suppose, and of the others that had to come they come from less Blue: 12 Yellow: 5 Red: 23 White: 10 Black who are the ones who have complemented the others who had to come and come 53 They have put blacks that they did not have to put in, instead of the pieces of the other colors that came more. What a disappointment to see that it does not match. Ordered 18 Feb, received 8 March'23

The quality of the sleeves is very good, the PC fits well, but the pockets are a little "higher" than a standard PC, so larger cards should also fit. The binder is of good quality, just like in the photos. It came a little crushed, but it's probably the courier's fault and it's not a huge dent. A big minus is the long shipping time, but I bought the product around Chinese New Year, so there may have been delays. Nevertheless, I recommend <3
