Depressing! Fortunately the contents are not damaged but the boxes in such a state prevent them from being used to make a gift! It's depressing. Also depressing is the integrated welded socket in the frame that sticks out the side, whereas in the product photos one sees rather a removable socket which is more discreet and therefore more compatible with a wall mount. Depressing ! 😒

The lampshades are beautiful, but the gold tone doesn't match my bottles. And the packaging was quite damaged, but the shades remained intact. And whether the return will work, I don't know yet. It's very complicated!

It deserves 5 stars! Of course, it doesn't show that in the picture, but for this very reason it deserves 5 *, because you can go to the hairdresser with it, asking the hairdresser to make the haircut that suits your face. CONGRATULATIONS JOOM!!!

What happens with the tracking of the packages this month is not working well. At this moment I have all my orders at home and they keep telling me that they are on the way

Color does not match I usually order dark brown and it is not light like the other items I ordered from you

It didn't match my imagination. I had imagined a short haircut as the picture shows. A pity !

They are beautiful and funny but the liability is not so good. I like them in any case. Thank you very much
