Delivery is good if you send the right items!!! I ordered a black color phone case but received a blue one instead. Communication with Joom customer service seems to be one-way. One sends a message via a form and does not receive confirmation that they have received the message. I am attaching a copy of the message I sent to those below in case they read reviews instead!!! "I have sent you a message on 2024-09-06 but have not yet received a reply from you! How long will it take for you to reply? I have received the wrong product delivered. I have ordered № LGPQP3JX Black, Galaxy S10 Plus, 1 pc but I have received one with blue color!! I don't want the blue one and want to return it and get my money back. I changed the phone case out of desire to have a support system 🖇️ It arrived in Chisinau in about 2 weeks; 🖇️ Very well packed; 🖇️ Packaged with other items, which is very convenient; 🖇️I don't need to go to the post office for each of them; 🖇️ The color is what I wanted; 🖇️ Material - soft plastic, very pleasant; 🖇️ Practical in use - very easy to take off and put on; 🖇️ Support system both in vertical and horizontal position; 🖇️The recessed edges protect not only the body but also the screen of the phone, since when it is positioned with the screen down, it does not touch the surface; 🖇️ I've been using it for more than a month and I haven't found any flaws; 🖇️ I am very satisfied; ❤️🥰 Thank you very much JOOM for the platform and for the opportunity to purchase high quality products at favorable prices 💋

Excellent cover. The material is of a more than satisfactory quality. It is obviously more robust than the old transparent cover included in the package of my Redmi Note 7. The design is also very beautiful and the ring allows me to hold my smartphone with more security, in addition to all the other advantages it can offer. The plastic it is made of can be easily washed, unlike anonymous transparent covers, which are lighter. It must be said, in fact, that the weight is greater. But this is precisely due to the fact that it is slightly larger, made of a more resistant material and includes the metal ring. It is a factor that you must accept, or at least take into consideration, if you want to purchase a product of this type.

From order to delivery it took 19 days to me👍 This is a cell phone case. I ordered this for my new phone (MI Poco) and it fits perfectly. This case is available in different colors. I chose the dark blue. Processing and quality is very good.👍 The case corresponds exactly to the dealer photos and the description. There are definitely 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me here And I can recommend the dealer and the product👍👍

We have 2 of these blue and red , watch out to notice there is a protective cellophane cover on the back black plexo glass strip . I say this as we accidently missed this and stuck the stand finger ring to it instead of the phone and my partner loslhis unfortunately wouldn't stick back on . But mine has a bit of glue solved the problem , the cases them self's are the best we've had ! They are light bright comfterple and rounded it's like owning a new phone

The product is low quality for its price and doesn't feel like a proper rugged case. The biggest issue is that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work with this case. I haven't had this problem with any other case. Because of this, it doesn't seem to be designed specifically for this phone, which makes the product listing misleading. I need refund

Looks heavy duty. There is nothing magnetic but the central metal would be attracted to an external magnet. I have been using it for some time now and can confirm that it is well made and protects the mobile well. The only negative aspect I find is that if you prop it up against something as you would in a video call it is slippery.
