תכולה גבוהה 100 מ"ג קואנזים Q10, קפסולות לבריאות ותזונת מבוגרים, טבעי לחלוטין

I've tried quite a few magnesium supplements before, and this 12-in-1 complex is really good. I work out regularly and often have tight muscles, plus I struggle with light sleep. I take one capsule in the evening with dinner. It helps me relax nicely, I fall asleep easier and wake up less during the night. The capsule is easy to swallow, no strange aftertaste. Delivery to Sweden was within the stated time frame, packaging intact. Happy with this purchase, will reorder.

I was curious about Magnesium L-Threonate for cognitive support. I have used it for two weeks. It does not work like magic, but I feel less mentally drained in the evenings. Capsules are fine. The shipping was a little close to the upper estimate, but the package arrived undamaged. A decent supplement, I will keep testing it.

I am satisfied with the fast delivery of this product. Thank you. It is a good quality product, I hope so. I am starting to take the capsules.
