The shoes do not match the color of the item I ordered. The seller cannot excuse this by claiming there may be color deviations due to lighting in product photos – this is not about minor shade differences, but a clear and significant color discrepancy. Please see the attached photos. I am also questioning whether this product is even authentic. In any case, this is not the product I ordered or the one shown in the advertisement. The attached photos clearly demonstrate the difference between the advertised product and the item I received.. This was my first time ordering from Joom – and most likely my last. It took almost four weeks for the package to arrive, which only added to the disappointment upon opening it. I will of course be returning the item, and since the product does not match what was advertised, I expect the return shipping costs to be covered as well. A complete disappointment.

Ordered on May 24. Received on June 12. The size is correct. I usually wear size 38, but ordered 38.5 to have it more comfortable and they are a bit bigger on me as expected. I´m not satisfied with the material (hopefully leather) but it´s not smooth as you see it on the photos. I had the same sneakers earlier and the ones I got look completely different. On the ones I had the leather was smooth and all the stitches were inside, but here all the stitches are outside. Another thing is that the holes for the laces are different on these ones with no eyelets on them. And the front part of the shoe looks different in real life - compare my photo with photo nr. 3 provided by the seller. I kept them just because they ask to pay the return fees if I decide to return the item. Otherwise I would have sent them back.

Never again!!! Not recommended! Shoes are almost one size smaller, but the label shows the correct size and they are much too tight. The return process is too complicated, the customer has to pay for it themselves, photos as proof were repeatedly requested, even though I had written that the shoes simply don't fit. Finally, I agreed to receive 30% of the purchase price as a refund before continuing with this stress and still not knowing in the end whether the company would accept the return. At least, these 30% were refunded very quickly.

I measured my foot and ordered the corresponding size but it's tight. Correct shoes but I can't wear them... meaning, I can't rate them. I try to return them and they tell me to send them to Hong Kong at my own expense! That the shipping costs more than €30, outrageous! They don't let me send it to the place in Spain where they came from. I will NEVER buy on Joom again. Money lost in my case, which is not a small amount...

Although they seem to be of good quality, the trainers are too small for a 37.5. It does not correspond to 23.5cm as they say. In other models I always wear this size but these trainers are smaller than usual. Customer support doesn't work, they don't respond and don't follow through with the return process. It's not worth the risk.
