Hello, you refunded me for an item that did not match the description... I told you that I would recommend the yellow and blue as soon as I received the refund and that's what I did...! I received the package today, and it's blue and gray like the one you refunded me, I have no use for this one, and you're sending me the same one, there's a problem... Either you don't have more yellow and blue and i'll look elsewhere... Let me know, I'm waiting for your response. cordially

Totally damaged product due to mock packaging. The hat was left with crease marks that cannot be repaired. It's a product I can't use. I want the money paid for the product returned to me. I am a long time loyal customer and have never experienced anything like this.

The hat seems to be of good quality, but the packaging, which is absolutely not indicated for a hat, led to its deformation. It is a lie that it is made of wool. As long as it says 100% polyester. If you lie, I will leave you. In addition, it has size 58 and the offer shows 58-60

Took 7 weeks to get here, then the roller not only wont roll it is supposed to be a rose quartz roll & it is a plastic roller & probably why it wont roll a complete RIP OFF! $30 down the drain, I'd NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. DISGRACEFUL!!!

oh dear Unfortunately, the glue is peeling off in some places. The straw is totally kinked and there are no wooden balls on the string. Unfortunately not at all like in the picture. Don't know if you can make it look good. I am not satisfied.

Fits me very well at 1.60m, definitely cut for small women. Very simple, thin material, the seams are OK. The material is the same color and pattern as in the product images.

This is not the curtain I ordered, the one I bought must be blue and yellow, as in picture 2, and this one i received, is blue and gray, like photo 1..

One tone Weuhraubrenner in 2 brown tones. A woman on a well with a vessel on her shoulder. It looks very nice but is not very cheap either. 😘🦋
