You sent me Converse with one shoe laced and I like the lace, but I cannot use one lace because I won’t be able to match it so I have to change both laces and I don’t want to do that. A second pair of Converse was advertised as a UK size 5 (37.5EU) but the shoes are UK size 4.5. Because there is no suitable competent fair transparent route to complain about the product conditions that I received the service is diabolical not only is it a bad service without communication platforms or channels but it’s also dismissive and violate consumer rights by not allowing the consumer to voice their concerns and cutting off correspondence because you don’t want to take responsibility for what legally you are responsible for.. I am sick of online invasive information that doesn’t help the consumer once you’ve taken their money. You are legally required to provide and after sales service as part of the contract between the buyer of the seller. So tired of bad advertising and lack of transparency and dismissive communication and sellers, not that holding their obligatory duties to accept accountability for the small insignificant gripes that customers have because the stress the consumer goes through frustration is very draining. It’s quite damaging. I have to go to my bank to apply for a charge back because I have literally done everything possible to continue an open line of communication with you to reach a resolution but you have obstructed that and I don’t have a voice and we cannot finish or I cannot determine how to move forward. I don’t want to be stuck with covering the cost of an expensive return charge to China and you not reimburse me.

Because I have a very wide foot—especially across the forefoot/toe box—I decided to go with the 45 ⅓ EU size, and the fit is spot-on. If you have wider feet or fall in the 10.5–11.5 UK range needing extra room at the top, the 45 ⅓ size offers a perfect, comfortable fit without feeling tight. Performance & Functionality I originally bought these intended for gym work, but I've found they aren't ideal for treadmill running. Where they truly shine is outdoors—they are much better suited for dirt roads and off-road running paths, offering great traction and support on uneven ground. ​Delivery & Final Verdict The shipping took about 5 to 6 days longer than the estimated delivery timeframe, which was a minor downside. However, despite the shipping delay and them being better suited for dirt trails than the gym, the quality and fit make them a fantastic overall purchase.

I have repeatedly requested to use my legal EU right of withdrawal within 14 days, and I clearly stated that I want to return the item at my own expense. However, Joom support is completely ignoring my messages and is refusing to provide the return address and the required return instructions. Your lack of response is directly preventing me from exercising my rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This is unacceptable and constitutes a violation of EU consumer protection law. I demand the return address and full return instructions immediately, as I am still within the legal withdrawal period. I confirm once again that I am ready to cover the return shipping cost. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the case through: ECC-Net (European Consumer Center), my payment provider (chargeback for obstruction of lawful return), and App Store/Google Play complaint process (Right of Withdrawal issue).
