I received the jacket, but the site you took it from was not the one I wanted. The site I wanted included the jacket to be worn in winter, autumn, spring, so with cotton insulation, that's why the numbers were taken wrong on the website I saw, size XL corresponds to a bust size of 150, and size XXL corresponds to a bust size of 160. So I chose the right sizes, you made a mistake when choosing the website. I don't know how solve the problem. And see what you do with those prices because they are extremely high, a jacket like those costs up to 270 lei.

Hello, as much as the first shirt I received of the same color was good, this time it's a disaster. 1) the color has faded, we don't know if the shirt is blue or green, 2) the ribbed grooves are practically non-existent and the shirt has no structure (straight to the bin). I order regularly online but now I am tired and angry to receive disgusting clothes ...

Did order a milirtary look long jacket, recived a short jeep spirit Jacket. Joom is impossible to get in contact with. For a refund or return. After some time I manage to find an email. An auto-replying email says within 24 hours. Nothing happens. So. no more buying from this site

A little too tight at the bottom but the rest fits perfectly or the size is wrong! I have exactly the same one in 8XL and it is exactly the same as this 9XL! But my wife now has 2 orange and a blue jacket like this which fit her and are very warm.

Does not correspond at all to the picture and description! More suitable as a "cardigan" for indoor use. Thin, not for outdoor use!!! Very poor quality = the inner lining comes off when trying on. Conclusion: Garbage!!!

Order 5DX29972. I ordered this jacket as shown in the picture. But I have a completely different fur cap (hat) and the size is too small, very poorly processed, condition so I don't want it and I will send it back

There are threads hanging from the product. Not finished properly. Joom only gives a 50% refund and keeps the jacket that is no good to me. Very unprofessional and terrible way to treat a customer. The app will be deleted.

I am an L / M man unfortunately this time M was too small...but I have also often sent back L before, as L was too big. Sorry. The zipper on the green jacket doesn't work properly
