We ordered Labubu and instead of pink Labubu they sent us completely different colors. Regarding the black Labubu: the picture on the site looks completely different. And the quality is terrible. Its second hand is shorter than the other and the whole face is crooked. And you have to pay 16.80 for it. I am disappointed because my other orders were actually quite great. The other Labubus are smaller than I ordered, because the first time I also ordered Labubu and there was such a great toy in terms of quality. That's why I ordered another color from the same series now and first the wrong color and they look completely different. They also don't have a ring for hanging. It's such a shame.

Very very poor quality. Doesn't look like the one in the picture, the eyes are different sizes, the body is lop sided and the arms are bulging like crab legs. The clothes are a different pattern (in the picture he is wearing a red shirt under his tie and waistcoat but this one is more basic) and the one in the picture is wearing a coat made from a separate piece of material whereas the coat is just drawn onto the one we received. The red dye is not colourfast and has rubbed off onto the white material in transit. My son is so upset, he saved his pocket money to get this and it's nothing like what he ordered.

They didn't send what they were supposed to. In the photo in the product card there is a voluminous soft toy, but some flat one came in the format of a handbag with a chain handle and a zipper. I ordered a total of 8 pieces on April 19th. Only 2 of these were delivered on May 2nd – the remaining 6 are still missing today. The long waiting time is truly outrageous. What I find particularly annoying is that all items were ordered on the same day but are apparently being shipped individually or in small packages. As a result, I was charged an additional shipping fee of €4 three times in total.. This means a total of €12 in shipping costs for a single order – absolutely not customer-friendly. Very disappointing.

Happy with all 3 just disappointed being asked to choose 3 colours yet 2 pink and 1 brown came which I didn’t pick. Never mind. It has put me off buying them as I wanted to buy all the colours but I’m not going to be sure of which ones I will get. When you ask the customer to choose which colours you want don’t it’s misguided and misleading. It needs sorting or you will loose your customers. Other than that I love them & so does my grandchildren but I need to know what I’m buying is what I’m going to receive.
