Purchased on behalf my daughter who is a huge fan of Black Butler a.k.a Kuroshitsuji, this is 💯 a 5⭐ purchase! Excellent value for money! I had a 15% discount code so we only had to pay £14.60 for this fantastic, Ciel Phantomhive figure, with it's interchangeable parts and detailed accessories! Even without the discount, the price seemed quite reasonable. The seller packed the boxed item in a close-fitting bubble-pack bag, which protected it well. There was no more than extremely minor scuffing or creasing to the box, nothing of concern at all. Ordered on 27th February, it arrived on 19th March; Therefore it took about 20- 21 days or 3 weeks from ordering to delivery. Pretty good! 👌🏽😁👍🏽 The item itself has lots of detail and wonderful features. I will let my daughter expand on this: "I would definitely recommend this to any Black Butler fans as the attention to detail ranges from his rings to the extra pillow for his chair. The painting job is neat and the posability makes him all the more perfect." We highly recommend both item and seller. 5⭐

Unfortunately, the connection between the figurine and the base does not fit so I had to use a drill to widen the hole. Then i glued them together. This is a common issue with the figurines I have bought. The box is broken as always. Should be packed inside a cardboard box. Regarding the delivery this is the worst carrier you can use in Sweden. They leave it outside your house where anyone can pick it up.

As described and well packaged. There were a few black marks/smudges on her but have got most off with nail varnish remover, i think its the die off her tights. Also one side of her thong wouldnt do up so have glued that side only so they can still put on/taken off. Solid doll and nicely presented with a huge bust. Bar the few smudges really we detailed and very happy. Cheers

The figure is cute however mine came with slightly discoloured hair and the katana doesn't hold how it shows in the picture. And the package came heavily destroyed, thankfully the figure is fine. Still looks adorable and I would recommend to buy BUT stick with only one look to display

I literally have no idea how to make this figurine stand up. It keeps falling. I tried to put the pieces together that would make it stand up, but it just keeps falling. Maybe I'm not doing something right, but I just see no tutorial that could help me.

Rlly good quality n rlly silly lowk,the only complaint is that I can put her on the stand completely..as the hole Is a hexagon? But anyway it's great quality n not big complaints, would rlly recommend if u want cheep good quality figures

Very nice product. Material is very nice and comfortable to wear. Have not worn the clothes and ridden my bike yet but I believe they will be fine. I recommend this product and I will definitely buy again from the sellers. Thx
