For the second time, I placed an order for white men's shoes with elasticated sides, and for the second time, I received not the model I marked in the order. Please explain why this is happening?? I order the shoes I want from the Joom website, and for the second time, I receive not the model I ordered.
The color in the photo was light blue, but the shoe is actually dark blue. Unfortunately, it's also too big, "I'm swimming in it". What a shame! I hope the return works!
