Complaint About Incorrect Phone Case Size – Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) Hello, I ordered a phone case from your website for my Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2022). The product description stated it was compatible with my phone model. I specifically chose this case because of the ring holder, which I find very useful for a better grip. However, after receiving the product, I found that the case is too large by approximately half a centimeter. As a result: The phone moves loosely inside the case; There is a visible gap, and the device doesn't sit securely; The feel in the hand is completely wrong — it's clear that this case is not made for my phone. I believe the product description was misleading, or the item simply does not match the advertised model. This creates a poor user experience and undermines trust in the Joom platform.I have attached a photo comparing two phone cases: The purple case came with my phone and fits perfectly. The blue case is the one I ordered from your website. As you can see in the photo: The blue case has an extra hole at the bottom that does not exist on the original (purple) case; This confirms that the design is not meant for my phone model; In addition to the case being too big and loose, this extra hole makes it clear the case is not a proper fit. I will attach photos to clearly show the issue. I kindly ask you to: Accept this complaint for review; Provide a refund or offer appropriate compensation; Please improve the accuracy of product listings on your platform to prevent similar issues. The Samsung mobile case I ordered is really poor quality. It does not look like the picture that Ayzeze is using to advertise the product. I also ordered protective glass covers, but the fit and curvature of the glass are incorrect and barely match my phone. In addition, the fingerprint sensor fails to work 3 out of 4 times after applying the screen protector. Very disappointed. I am not sure whether I can return these products, since I have already used one of the protective glass covers to test it. However, I do not see how it would be possible to evaluate the product without trying it first.

It's better than I expected and it looks nice. But depending on your charger you might have to take the case off to charge the phone. Also the case is a bit stiff/hard and when I'm taking off the case I have a feeling that my screen will crack. I'm pretty sure it protects from small height falls, but I'm not going to test that, if you know what I mean. Also it fits perfectly and the stand works properly. Later : The color starts to fade after some time.

The cover case was described to made to fit Samsung Z-Fold 3 phone. However, upon receiving it, I tried to stall my phone and discovered it did not fit in two very important aspects. 1. The charging port did not align with my phone, which made it impossible to charge the phone. 2. The depth of the case seat to hold the phone is one-half the phone. So, the case cover could not close! Very disappointed with the purchase!

Але все одно рекомендую 😊 Nice case with edges that protect the screen from scratches. The gradient on the back is beautiful, but the purple is not so clearly visible, it seems like it is all gray. But I still recommend it 😊

Love the fact that digits are magnetized and I can change my phone number based on the sim I'm currently carrying, but they don't attach firmly enough and can jump off when you open the number. Edit: got a new phone number with 5 ones, but there are only 4 sets of digits. So I no longer can use this thing.

The product is nice but the cover do not fit my phone properly and I Cannot take the screenshot as the cover do not fit every single side, it hides my earphone plug n the volume buttons design comes at wrong place. I will be happy to get the refund
