When placing my order, I specifically selected the Redmi Note 15 Pro, but I received the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G model instead. This is not the model I ordered. As a result, I have lost both time and money. It is unclear who will compensate me for this loss. I expect this issue to be resolved and appropriate compensation to be provided.
wrong item delivered Hi — I ordered a replacement watch band for a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 (40 mm) that requires a 20 mm band with pins, but what I received is for a 42 mm watch with the wrong connection type. It won’t fit my watch. Please let me know where I can get the correct 20 mm band with the pin connection that I originally ordered, and how to return the incorrect band that I received. Thanks! I ordered a case for the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G, but they sent me one for the 5G version. Consequently, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack cutout, and the microphone holes on the body are covered, making the phone unusable. This is despite me clearly selecting the option for the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G when placing the order.
Miss informing and promoting false photos is a fraud. Wrong shape, different colors and bad quality for the material. This is not what I ordered. I request my money back and thinking about closing the account and never buy anything from Joom.
The microphone doesn't work. I got 3 pairs just to be sure - and it's the same, the microphone doesn't work in all of them. The volume changer does work though. Sound is very very basic. Like listening to AM radio. PS: They are short.
