The product looks great, however it wasnt checked over by the quality control department before being shipped, product had a hole in it, guess china doesnt have a qc department to look things over before shipping, i didnt pay much for this item. Just was dissatisfied in the item being damaged and timeframe to recieve it. You should stand behind this Joom and send me another pair XL size in the same color i have ordered to make this right. The product is far too small for a large and looks like an infants size it goes nowhere near fitting me .I cannot even get one arm in .What is the refund process where do I send it back for the refund do you send me a return label? Please respond on this e mail address.

The 3XL size announced for a 101 cm "chest" circumference does not correspond to a 100B size but corresponds to a 120 cm "chest" circumference. The "chest" circumference seems to correspond to a "bust" circumference.
First and last time using Joom. Horrendous experience start to finish. Product received and it wouldn't fit a 5 year old never mind an 11 year old. cheap and nasty fabric.
