Too small

The shoe size runs very small. I have been trying to return these items on the website but instructions on the Help Centre do not give me this option and there is no button displayed to return the item. I have submitted a request for help 2 days ago but no response yet.

Hello, TN received in cheap plastic that smelled strongly and it's a cheap copy of TN, no logo on the back of the sneaker, sole so light they will be worn out in a short time; frankly it's shameful; I am requesting a refund because really ugly and low quality, zero quality! What a shame this site because they are only copies and of very poor quality! I will report it on all social networks and I am waiting for a refund!

The shoe exhibits several striking features that raise doubts about its authenticity. The label bears the code "ANV Z15", there is no serial number, and the QR code does not lead to the corresponding shoe model. Furthermore, the workmanship of the sole is deficient. Based on these characteristics, I assume that it is not original merchandise,
