Thank you for choosing our shoe series! To ensure a perfect fit and lasting satisfaction, please read the following key points before purchasingFirst of all, size selection is of vital importance. Our shoes are all of standard size, but the styles are slightly different (sports shoes, boots, sandals). Refer to the size chart on each product page, which includes foot length, ball circumference and instep height. At the end of the day, measure your feet (they may be slightly swollen after daily activities) and put on socks that match your shoes. To fit the foot shape, people with wide feet should add half a size or choose a “wide” style. If you have high arches or flat feet, please refer to the product description for detailed information on arch support — our boots and sneakers usually have enhanced cushioning to ensure comfort throughout the day. We offer European size options. If you are using Russian or other sizes, please convert them to European sizes first or check your European size purchase records.

Hi, I sent this mail to BIGBIZNB@163.COM on Monday 31st of August, in order to get reimbursed or get the item back: "I am contacting you regarding the shoes I returned this Monday. I purchased them through Joom, but unfortunately the size is too small for my son, which means he is completely unable to use them. I was on holiday and therefore could not send the shoes back earlier. As soon as I was able to, I returned them on Monday. I have now received an email stating that the return has been refused. I find this quite disappointing, as the shoes are unused and cannot serve any purpose for us simply because they do not fit my son. I would therefore ask you to reconsider your decision and accept the return. I hope you can resolve this matter reasonably and make an exception in this case. If you nevertheless insist on refusing the return, then please return the shoes to me, as I do not agree to them being kept by you. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory solution. " Now I have no shoes and I paid already. Could you please help me?

A copy you can clearly see and feel just by looking and touching the materials and the shoe construction. Therefore the shoe is very expensive for the price being a copy and I don’t recommend because materials are low quality and will wear too fast. For example outsole and grip and insole cushioning, etc. Also this model is an example of stability but this case the frame is too weak and it is not comparable with the original at all. Watch out people with a weak ankle. This shoe will not bring the expected support. Does not worth risking again

I ordered the air jordan trunner. They do take slightly longer to come. But I tracked them every step of the way. I was more than pleased when they arrived. ONE tiny complaint ..43 is a 9 in Europe and UK when they arrived i would say they were 8 and a half ..I am a smaller 9 so they still fit well, but if your a big 9 ..maybe 44 ..otherwise they are perfect. I love the style and price. I read mixed reviews, I could nit pick with size but I was more than happy with this site and product, I will def order again ..

Too small

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent running shoe, especially for long distances. It has a lot of bounce and feels very comfortable. Sizing tip: it runs about half a size small and fits a bit tight, so I recommend ordering half a size up if possible.
