It’s all very well telling me how to return an item by inputting order number but that’s not working .. this seems to be the only way I can contact you. I want to return this item and order a larger size, are you able to respond with a suggestion as to how to achieve this .. I am getting so frustrated at your lack of response. If you could at least connect with me I may be able to order in the future but at this rate I am not happy so I won’t order an more from you
The sizing is incorrectly advertised. XL hips are supposedly 128cm. The jeans at the hips measure @126cm and these were a XXXL. The sizing is extremely small and not for ‘plus’ size at all. Otherwise, they seem to be well made and I would have liked to have worn them
The product is of very poor quality. It is much thinner than expected and does not match the product description at all. There are many loose threads left unfinished, and the stitching is sloppy and careless. Very disappointed with this purchase.
Poor quality i ordered 10 pcs, all of them came as same size, some have poor stiching, some have loose buttons, some have different arm lengths. I even tried to contact refund services no reply even after 3 days.

When I asked to cancel the shipment, the seller completely ignored me. The service is zero. Moreover, I have to pay a sum bigger than that I paid for the cost of the goods in order to send the item back.
The product is small in waist,even I bought my usual size .The quality is good .but as I said it is strange in the waist looks like it is size XXS 🤷♀️
