My item was delivered in the duration of 1 month. If you are planning to buy these for a specific event or as a gift, make sure you plan ahead. However, if you are not in a hurry when ordering online, the wait is worth it. Final Verdict Overall, I liked the shoe quality; it’s very good. They are comfortable, stylish, and feel durable enough for daily wear. From my side, all things are positive regarding the product itself. Recommendation: I would like to recommend these to others as well! Just keep the longer shipping window in mind.

I am very disappointed. The sneakers are at least one size smaller than expected. I tried to return them, but the return system was not working. Later, your email ended up in my spam folder, so I only saw it much too late. Now I can no longer return them. What am I supposed to do with sneakers that are too small for me? The price was very high, and I cannot even resell them for the same amount — maybe for a maximum of €130. I am very disappointed with this experience and honestly do not think I will order from China again.

I bought two new balance 9060, one from zalando and the other one us this one from joom, with the same size but different color, the one from room is quite smaller which is weird as the description said that EU size is 45 but this is not 45 for sure and compared to the one I had from zalando and the one from local new balance store this is not the right size. Which I have questions now if this is the original new balance

Excellent shoes, high quality. The soles will last for years. The uppers are made of genuine leather and fabric. Three pairs of laces are included (black, white, and orange). They look just like the seller's pictures. I'm a size 43, so I bought a size 43. The hems fit perfectly and don't pinch. I'm happy with the sneakers. They were delivered on my birthday! Thanks for the wonderful gift! The sneakers are worth the money.

After a month, the sole started peeling off, and in less than two months, it completely detached on both shoes (they cannot be used anymore). They look as if someone took the components and glued them together at home. I can’t believe Nike makes such poor-quality shoes so I guess I can only blame the seller. For the price I paid, it is completely unacceptable.

The product is exactly what I have ordered. For the product I would give a 5 star rate, but with the worst delivery service I have seen, I cannot do that! The delivery time was absurd! More than a month! It was like it was shipped from Alaska! It is also misinforming, you are told a deadline and afterwards it is increased, again and again!

Cleanest dogshit I’ve ever met. I have almost a dozen of this kind of knitted sneakers. Some of them serving me over 4 years. With this one - took me one time to wash it in the wash machine and it went out falling apart. One! Literally the first washing made it fell apart. The quality is just absent.

Joom does not honor returns/refunds - When you submit the refund request, it stated, that you have to "wait until they contact you with details" - in fact this contact never happens, so Joom makes the return impossible. I strongly advise to keep away from this place, as Joom do not respect the law.
