I received the bedside lockers in completely unacceptable condition. Aside from the extremely poor quality, they are broken and already falling apart. It is disgraceful that products in this condition were considered suitable to sell and deliver to a customer. I am rejecting the goods as they are damaged and not fit for purpose. Please arrange to collect both lockers immediately at no cost to me and issue a full refund. Confirm the collection arrangements and refund date as soon as possible.
On the first picture you can see my order and on the second picture you can see what I am got. What is that? Mistake or Fraud? Unfortunately, it is not possible reach JOOM about that. I thought I was getting individual magnets 🧲 2inch by 1inch , instead what was delivered was a huge block of a magnetic 6inch by 4inch with 45mm thickness, now I'll have to send it out to get it cut in individual pieces, not a problem but not happy also .
Be careful with this site; they advertise a pack of 30 hangers, and I ordered 4 packs, but they sent me just 4 hangers. There isn't even an option for a 4-hanger pack! I paid 220 RON + 35 RON shipping tax, for 4 hangers! It's a scam. Be careful !!!!!
