!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Told me my item had been delivered (IT HAD NOT!) Was impossible to talk to anyone other than an AI robot. I tried to request a refund and it declined it telling me I had received my parcel! Parcel was meant to be delivered 22nd September, their robot then told I couldn’t have a refund until the 5th December!!! I now have one very upset little girl and they have my Money!!! They also wouldn’t give me any details of the courier so I could attempt to track it myself, and provided no proof of delivery in terms of a picture. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! I will never ever use or recommend this company and I will be making sure I tell everyone I know to never use it!! Save yourself wasted time and money and show elsewhere!!
I ordered a bunch of these clothes for my partner who has Alzheimer's disease. The small size fitted her perfectly and she looks as lovely as ever in them. I no longer have to worry that she is going to do something unexpected, and as a result I feel more confident that she will enjoy going to a day centre a couple of times a week and they will enjoy her company too. In Europe, it’s become a common belief that Chinese clothes are low quality. Honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the material and the craftsmanship. The clothes also fit our son with diagnosed autism perfectly. Problems with taking off his diaper and tearing it apart will definitely stop now.
This dress is amazing but it’s too small and I need to return but I can’t find out how. I have requested a return on the app so please help? I have reordered in a size up as the costume is just perfect for my daughter’s party. I would just rather not be paying for two, so I hope the refund issue is sorted!
